Deadline applications: Innovation Jam. Distributed Work Edition

Adapt the past, reinvent the present and hack the future. Dreamups is delighted to invite you to a three day event where people will innovate and find solutions to distributed way of working.

 Remote and distributed ways of working are the hot popstars of employment after the COVID-19 outbreak. Innovation Jam, Distributed Work edition represents a challenge where you will get to interact with passionate individuals that generate laser-focused B2B and B2C solutions regarding the various forms of employment.

 What you will do?
You will get to know what are the differences between remote, distributed and hybrid work, the challenges that both employers and employees have to face. On top of that you will have the chance to participate in Ideation, Customer Discovery and Pitching workshops in order to identify a practical solution for the current gaps in the job market.

What to expect?

 Networking with tech enthusiasts from Moldova;
 Interaction with niched and experienced mentors;
 Fast validation of the generated idea;
 Mockup created in 48 hours;
 Pitch Deck and the experience to showcase in front of an audience

Participants of the Innovation Jam will test their leadership skills by creating and working in teams on a selected problem during 48 hours. Marketing, design, developers, HR recruiters, students and many more tech passionates are welcome to take part in the jam. You can get involved even if you do not have any coding skills or experience to work in a team.

 How can I join?
Sign up on the registration form, even if you are part of a team or you are a solo founder. You will have the chance to get assigned to a group of people event if you don’t have a business idea at the Team Formation session. The participation is free of charge, but based on the registration form.
