Deadline registrations for Hackathon: Inclusion and Accessibility

Contribute to improving the world around you! Between December 2 and 4, we gather talents such as IT, engineers, designers and all enthusiasts who want to create innovative solutions for inclusion.
The innovation and entrepreneurship accelerator Dreamups, at the initiative of Orange Systems and in partnership with Huawei Moldova, is launching a hackathon that will create equal opportunities for people living with a disability.
The Hackathon: Inclusion and Accessibility is a 48-hour space to catalyze innovation. Talents from Moldova will gather, those passionate about innovation and technology, experts in the field of disability, design, engineering and marketing, etc. to create equal opportunities for people living with a disability.
The teams enrolled in this hackathon will address challenges in society and create useful technological resources that will help in directions such as:

• Employing people with disabilities in the field of work;
• Lack of access to information and online medical services;
• Limited access to the Single National Service for Emergency Calls 112 for people with hearing impairments.
  How can I join?
  You can register both with your own team and by yourself. During the first day, you will participate in a training where the challenges faced by people with disabilities will be explained, later, you will participate in ideation and you will be assigned to a group.
  After validating the idea, participants will create a prototype of the generated solution. Finally, the teams will present the result of three days’ work in the Demo Day event. The best generated ideas will be awarded by Orange Systems and Huawei Moldova.
