Maib in collaboration with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in partnership with WOOD & Co, with the support of EBA Moldova and AmCham Moldova are pleased to invite you to the “Listing on an international capital market” Forum, which will take place on Monday, December 12, 2022, at the Courtyard by Marriott Chisinau. Among the speakers of the event we mention the Governor of the National Bank of Moldova and the US Ambassador to Moldova.

Purpose of the event: The Forum is organized with the aim of presenting Moldovan companies with the potential of accessing equity and debt financing through listing on an international stock exchange. Participants will discuss the advantages of listing, how to list, technical aspects, required approvals, investor demand and other topics. This is an opportunity for Moldovan business leaders to learn more about capital markets from market participants.
