Vitalie Eșanu developed the software “uahelp.md” – an information system administered by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova and the peer to peer platform “dopomoha.md”, created for the group of volunteers “Moldova for Peace” – a working group under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, which contributes to the effort to receive, assist and accommodate the migration flow from Ukraine.
