At Startup Moldova, delegations are some of the most anticipated activities of the year. We organize about four each year, always aiming to select destinations and events that leave a lasting impact. Our goal is to help founders connect with investors, boost their sales, and build strong, fruitful partnerships.
For the second year in a row, we’re heading to How to Web, a major event in Bucharest that usually kicks off in early October. It’s one of the top tech and innovation conferences in Eastern Europe, and it’s packed with opportunities for our founders. From meeting investors and learning from industry leaders to pitching ideas on a big stage, it’s the perfect place to make valuable connections and grow. The mix of expert talks, hands-on workshops, and endless networking makes it an exciting and impactful experience every time!
For example, two of our startups, Fagura – a crowdfunding platform, and Robolex – a digital assistant for legal acts , had the amazing opportunity to showcase their products in the expo zone.
Lagly.app, a gamified platform that uses AI technology to teach English language arts, had the exciting chance to pitch their product and compete for the grand prize.
This year, our delegation included 24 builders and founders. Representing the community were Ilinca and Veronica from the Startup Moldova team, along with Steja Jemna, the Country Representative of UMAEF in Moldova.
Alongside our brilliant founders, representing the their startups: Argus.ai; Tomato; hOffer; CardNeto; SelfTalk; Renter; Vector Academy; Robolex; Bloomcoding; Seng Energy; Magic Wish; Realoc.io; Fagura, Eating.ai; Index.dev; Brizy.io; Langly.app.
It was a great pleasure to reconnect with our colleagues from the Romanian Startup Ecosystem. It’s truly inspiring to witness how our partnerships have evolved and the remarkable progress we’ve made together in less than two years. These collaborations continue to drive mutual growth, and we’re excited to see what the future holds as we build even stronger ties!
So, let’s see what next year has in store for us!
Thank you How to Web team ❤️
