Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of the organization. This role is imperative for maintaining effective administrative and financial operations, including liaising with partners and donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the CEO and team members.
  • Handle financial duties such as processing payments, issuing orders, managing invoices, and assisting with budget planning and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform basic bookkeeping.
  • Liaise with partners and donors, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Use MS Office tools to create documents, manage data, and prepare reports.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Support in planning and organizing events;
  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation;
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with responsibilities in basic accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Highly responsible and attentive to detail.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office tools.
  • Good command of Romanian and English (advanced level not necessary).
  • Excellent team player and able to work well under stress.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, detail oriented
  • Strong sense of fairness and ethical principles
  • Fascinated by the area of technological innovation.
  • Working Conditions:
  • This is a full-time, office-based. Local travel may be required.
