FinTech Bootcamp is an unprecedented pre-accelerator program consisting of three days of learning, diving into the context, brainstorming, and dissecting strategy and operations with leading experts in entrepreneurship and fintech. It will take place between the 12th and 14th of May. FinTech Bootcamp is a part of the second stage of the FinTech Program – the Accelerator. Evgeny Frolov| Senior Startup Tracker at Startup Moldova
Evgeny has international experience, working with projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, Central Eastern Europe region, having his own, 10 years, entrepreneurial experience. He was an ambassador of Seedstarts in the Czech Republic and now collaborates with several startup accelerators in CEE. He is a certified startup tracker, passed the program in Internet Initiatives Development Fund.
Lisa Gutu| Business Development at Salt Edge| Moldova
Lisa has started her own entrepreneurship journey right after finishing Computer Science College. She co-founded Fentury – a personal finance advisor app, helping its users to get better at savings. While exploring the problem of PFM market, Lisa discovered that the main problem relies on getting access to the bank data. She joined Salt Edge – the Open Banking API Platform that enables banks, lenders, and other financial companies to get access to over 3000 banks in over 60 countries. While at Salt Edge, Lisa has started working on the PSD2 Compliance solution in the Cloud, helping banks to meet all the regulatory requirements in a span of a few months. Lisa is active in the Open Banking space for the last 5 years and is currently Head of Business Development at Salt Edge.
Vasile Granaci | ByteDance
Vasile Granaci is a Technology / Business Leader at ByteDance, the owner of TikTok and Largest Start-up in the World. Vasile is a founding team member of the ByteDance Enterprise and Partnership team, responsible for launching Machine Learning and Deep Neural Network AI to consumers and businesses. Previously to ByteDance, Vasile was a Regional Director at Nexmo that was acquired by Vonage for $230 million.

Ms. Olga Melniciuc is a businesswoman who works in the field of access to funding for business development. She manages the investment platform called investitii.md aiming to connect investment opportunities with those looking to launch and grow their businesses. She is also a mentor and investor at XY Accelerator and serves as National Consultant on Women Economic Empowerment at UN Women Moldova.
Prior to this, she served as Economic Consultant on the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of Moldova, and before that as Head of Department at the SME Development Agency. Her professional experience also includes work as a freelance contractor with UN Women, UNDP, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, European Commission, UNHCR, and many others.
Ms. Melniciuc holds a Master of Business Administration and has PMP accreditation from Project Management Institute. In 2019 she became Hubert Humphrey alumna in the field of financing and economic development, graduating from the US Exchange Program (Fulbright umbrella) at Questrom School of Business, Boston University, MA, USA.
