Over an action-packed three days, you’ll meet the very best mentors, investors, co-founders and sponsors to show you how to get more done faster – and, maybe even start that business.

Welcome speech from the organizers. Special guest speech.
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Participants ideas presentation, Voting & Teams Formation
If you already have an idea that you want to work on during these 54 hours, now is the time to pitch it. Participants will vote on the ideas they liked the most, the ones they would like to join and work on together.
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Business Model Canvas training // Simone Demelas
Simone is a Former Entrepreneur, Organizer of Startup Weekend in Rome since 2014 and Global Facilitator for Techstars since 2015 with events facilitated from Ireland to Kazakhstan passing through Bahrain and CEE Countries. He will be talking about Business Model Canvas: – What do you need to know? – How to fill it in? – How to operate with it? Every team will be asked to prepare a Business Model Canvas for their idea to be presented to the mentors the second day.

Review the day’s agenda and what teams should be focused on. Teams formed get their spaces set up and begin to work.

Mentors are visiting every team and reviewing their Business Model Canvas, giving feedback and recommendations.
1:00 PM – 6:30 PM Check-In & Mentoring sessions
After-lunch check-in, status reports, one on one meetings with mentors for guidance and help.

Teams are working under the guidance of their mentor, utilizing their wisdom and experience to drive their common goal and achieve results.
