Vitalii Stepovenco, Senior Product Manager at SugarCRM, will share his experience of switching from project management to product management. He will take us through his journey, from a background in accounting to an MBA, and how he gained experience in different industries before becoming a Product Manager.

Sergey Komarov, Head of Digital Channels and PO Guild, will share his knowledge of Product Frameworks such as CJM, user story mapping, and working backwards. With over 10 years of experience as a PO and CPO in three major banks, Sergey has led the development of various products, including Personal Financial Management, Smart Tips, and Identity Provider.
