From Tech Lead to Engineering Manager workshop
On January 21, Tekwill Academy invites you to an initiation session & workshop in Engineering Management. The workshop is intended for people with technical skills who have been working in the IT field for at least 4-5 years (software developers, QA testers, architects, DevOps, database developers, etc.).
Because the Engineering Manager and Tech Lead roles have a few things in common, many companies tend to confuse them. However, these two positions are quite distinct. The Engineering Manager focuses on people and processes, while the Tech Lead focuses on system and software developer tasks.
