Startup Weekend Chisinau 2022

Startup Weekend is a 3-day event for young entrepreneurs who want to join a startup team or to launch a startup within 54 hours.

70 participants will come together on September 16-18, under the facilitation of an international facilitator, assigned by Techstars. Anyone interested, out of the participants, will be invited to pitch their idea, while the public will vote for the most promising ones, dividing finally all the participants into 7-10 teams that will do their work in the following days.

All the teams and participants will be guided throughout the event by a team of 8 Moldovan and international mentors, covering diverse expert areas needed for any startup to succeed.

After more than 50 hours of hard work, all the teams will be invited in front of an international jury to present their startups and to pitch for the investment they need to get the startup rolling. The jury will be composed of local and international investors.
