SUM IT UP #3 Talente și salarii în IT: Oportunități și perspective

The tech and innovation sector in Moldova has been recording remarkable results in recent years, being known also for the competitive salaries and benefits it offers to employees. At the same time, it is a sector centered on the availability and skills of human talents, and remuneration policies are a differentiator in the companies’ “fight” to attract, motivate and retain the best professionals.
In this edition of the biannual SUM IT UP event, we are happy to present the results of the PayWell Moldova 2022 salary and benefits study, developed by PwC Moldova in partnership with Moldova Innovation Technology Park, with the financial support of USAID and Sweden through the Future Technologies Project. This study is the most representative salary study for the local IT sector, offering companies a useful tool in developing employee compensation policies. This year, 45 local IT companies with over 5,000 employees participated in the PayWell Moldova study, generating information about the remuneration packages offered for 250+ different positions.
