Role Overview:

We are seeking a person crazy in love in event management and sales. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our events, from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about the startup ecosystem and has a proven track record in organizing successful events and securing corporate partnerships. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

–   Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of our events, including but not limited to conferences, workshops, and networking sessions.

–   Develop event concepts that align with our mission and appeal to our target audience.

–   Coordinate with vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure high-quality event delivery.

–   Manage event budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.

–   Secure sponsorships and corporate partnerships, managing relationships before, during, and after events.

–   Evaluate event success and provide reports on outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.

–   Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.

The individual will work under the supervision of the Community Manager.


–   Absolute team player with genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and desire to contribute to the community’s growth.

–   Creative thinking to generate new ideas to enhance event experiences.

–   Proven experience in event management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the startup ecosystem or similar environments.

–   Demonstrated ability in securing sales and corporate partnerships for events.

–   Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

–   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the knack for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

–   Knowledge of Romanian and English languages.
